Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days from our studio.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India, with tracking shared the moment the courier picks up.
• Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹1,999; below that, a flat ₹99 applies.
• Cash on delivery is available across most serviceable pincodes.
• Review the product description for the contents supplied with each murti.

Replacements

• If a product arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't right, raise a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• Murtis must be unused and in original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Damaged-on-arrival claims move fastest with a photo of the product and the packaging; send both to aarubhi.mandiram@gmail.com.
• Replacements ship at our cost. Where a replacement isn't possible, we'll offer store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

The honest bit

Review the product photographs, description and available measurements before you order. If something still isn't right when it arrives, the policy above applies without argument.
